Dear Thunder Valley Families,

What a great first full week with students! Our students did a great job of getting into routines and adjusting to the school year schedule. They did a great job on iReady testing last week and we can’t wait for our students to show their growth throughout the year.

This next week we have our first home girls’ volleyball game! Come out and support our students on Monday, August 25th as they play Trail Ridge MS. Please enter through door 2 starting at 3:40pm. On Wednesday, August 27th, we have our first PTA meeting in the library at 4:30pm.

Friendly Reminder: For the safety of all students, pets are not allowed on campus. Please leave them at home during pick-up, drop-off, and end-of-year events. We also ask for your continued courtesy in the parking lot by allowing others space to back out and exit safely. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and welcoming!

As always, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your continued support and involvement in our school community. Please let us know if you need any assistance.

Best wishes,

Catrina Estrada, Principal

Sandra Vazquez, Assistant Principal

Matt Romig, Assistant Principal

Code of Conduct

Dear Thunder Valley students and families,

Thank you for your partnership and supporting the academic growth, safety, and well-being of our students. Every year, St. Vrain Valley Schools prints an up-to-date version of the Code of Conduct for students and families to review. This important document guides students and school staff on what expectations for school conduct and the consequences for behaviors that fall outside of those expectations. It is important that families review this information every year and acknowledge their receipt and understanding of this document.

To this end, please click here to access an electronic version of the Code of Conduct for the current school year. After you have reviewed this information, all families must sign an electronic acknowledgement that they have received, read, and understand the information contained, including the Annual Notification to Parents/Guardians; Behavioral Code of Conduct; Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents; and Board of Education Policies book. To sign your electronic acknowledgement, please follow the steps described here.

Again, thank you for your continued partnership and support. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at 303-833-2456.

Sincerely,

Catrina Estrada

Thank you for supporting our students!

Additionally, if you need to drop off medications, please stop by the office as soon as possible.

In order to drop off medications, you need to have the correct form completed by your child’s physician. We can only accept medications once this has been completed.
