Dear Thunder Valley Families,

Parent teacher conferences are next week! We are so excited to share your students’ progress with you. The dates for Parent Teacher Conferences are February 10th and 11th from 3:50-8:00pm and February 12th from 3:50-5:50 pm. We look forward to seeing our families and connecting with you. If you need assistance navigating Meet The Teacher, please contact Laura at the front office at (303) 833-2456 or email [email protected], so that we can help you.

The Book Fair is in the Thunder Valley Library during conferences next week! Hours are from 3:45-7:30 pm. on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday the Book Fair is open from 3:45-5:00 pm. Make sure to check it out!

Due to conferences, there is no Elementary AAA or Middle School STEM Accelerator. AAA and STEM Accelerator will resume on February 17th.

On Monday, February 9th, wrestlers have an away match at Westview MS after school. Good luck to all of our student athletes!

Food Delivery Policy Reminder: Please remember that students are not permitted to use DoorDash or other delivery services. If you’d like to arrange a special lunch or delivery for your child, please contact the front office in advance to make appropriate arrangements. Without prior approval, deliveries will be held until after school.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Reminders: Thank you for helping us keep students safe during busy times. Please use our west side parking lot for 1st–8th grade pick-up and drop-off. The front lot is reserved for Kindergarten families only. To minimize impact on our neighbors, please avoid using The Spark! parking lot. If you’re dropping off, we appreciate your support in guiding your student to their line-up spot.

We appreciate your support and involvement in our school community. Please let us know if you need any assistance.

Best wishes,

Catrina Estrada, Principal

Sandra Vazquez, Assistant Principal

Matt Romig, Assistant Principal
